Creative Economy Workshop Two-Part Series – April 10 & 24, 2014

A two-part business planning workshop has been designed specifically for small businesses in the creative sector. Sponsored by the Polk County (WI) Economic Development Corporation (PCEDC), this professional development experience will provide participants with the tools to start and/or grow a business. The fee for this workshop is $20 (including materials and lunch).

When: April 10 & 24 from 9am-1pm

Who: Individual artists, craftsmen and those who are creating any niche products or services are especially encouraged to attend. Representatives from business, the arts, government and education are also invited to attend.

Artist Pass Program

Minnesota Percent for the Arts Artist Registry

The Minnesota State Arts Board is pleased to announce that the Artist Registry is now open at The registry is a collection of resumes and work samples of visual artists in all disciplines who would like to be considered for public art commissions and purchases.  There is no fee to join.  Call Nicole Simoneaux, program director at 651-215-1617 for further information.
